These are enshrined in the constitution of Uganda Article 17 section 2. Its a duty of every citizen of Uganda to fulfill the duties of a Uganda citizen. Many people don’t know these duties, As MIRAC having understood these duties; we therefore emphasis the duty of fighting corruption and reporting any form of property wastage.
